Conditions:

Stud Owner agrees To:

1. Provide bitch owner with a complete 4 generation pedigree of the dog at time of final payment

1. Have the stud dog in good physical condition and current brucellosis test

1. Sign litter registration paperwork promptly upon final payment

1. Provide a return stud service of the same stud and bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud owner of failure to conceive, in writing, no more than 70 days following the mating.

1. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates.

 

 

Bitch Owner agrees To:

1. Pay the agreed down payment ( $ 250.00) before bitch is serviced.

1. Provide a 4 generational pedigree before servicing.

1. Provide veterinary certificate of current clear brucellosis test

1. Send bitch in good health and in season

1. Notify the stud owner in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy occurs.

1. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to insure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before her heat cycle is finished

1. Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale dogs.

1. After birth of live puppy/puppies owner of bitch will pay final breeding installment of ($ 250.00) at which time stud owner will provide final breeding paperwork.

 

Other Conditions:

1. One puppy born alive or dead constitutes a litter. However if only one puppy results from this mating, a return service will be provided at no charge to this same bitch at her next heat, or within one year, providing that the conditions of this contract have been met.

1. If the bitch fails to conceive on the return service, this contract is terminated.
